These inlets are delivering East Creek water into the lake which I feel
enhances my property. I do not intend to discontinue this use of my property and do not
see it as a negative impact on the shoreline. If as you stated "Without disturbance of the
water level the site could possibly be in a releasable form in one to two more growing
seasons" my response is that my actions will definitely be continuing and that the
shoreline is acceptable, CONSIDERING MY INTENDED END USE OF THE
PROPERTY..
In conclusion, I do not intend to hold Whitewater responsible for reclaiming areas
that were disturbed by my actions on my property. I asked that you release the property
unless there are other concerns.
ely,
/V
/" "mes McCurter
State of Colorado )
) ss
County of Mesa )
RECEIVED
SEP 0 1 2011
GRAND JUNCTION FIELD OFFICE.
DIVISION OF
RECLAMATION MINING & SAFETY
Subscribed and sworn to and before me, in my presence, this /6 day o
2011 by JAMES MCCURTER as owner of the property.
signatur= ; 2: • ' mo t'
r REBECCA J.
My commission expires / /,/ ,fie/ ? 1 MORAN p
i9jr
Of ' fi
My Commission Expires
