The South Fork of the Purgatoire River will be within the affected <br />area of the southern expansion. In accordance with Rule 2.06.8(3)(a), <br />NECC requests an informal opinion from the board on whether or not <br />portions of the South Fork of the Purgatoire River are considered alluvial <br />valley floor.
