The delay is necessary due to the time that was required to engage consultants <br />and begin the process of educating them about the site. Key Agricultural Services, Inc. will be conducting a site <br />inspection on September 20, 2011 and should have a sampling plan at least in draft form to submit to the Division later <br />that week. At the latest, we would expect to have a draft to the Division before the September 27, 2011 meeting among <br />WFC and the agencies. <br />Please let me know if an extension to September 27, 2011 would be acceptable to the Division. <br />Best regards, <br />Chris <br />
