The Land Board will not require GCC to remove the railroad spur <br />or the access road and bridge upon termination of the lease. This does not relieve GCC from <br />any liability or obligations under the lease, including but not limited to removing other <br />improvements, restoring the surface, or remediating the state land. <br />
