Elam Construction, Inc. hereby requests that the Division release the area identified below of <br />reclamation responsibility. Included with this request is a copy of Exhibit C Mining Map and Exhibit F, <br />Reclamation Plan Map identifying the area to be released and the revised Permit boundary. <br />The area to be released under this request is identified as "Staging Area" on Exhibit C, Mining Plan Map <br />and consists of 1.8 acres. Exhibit F also identifies the reclaimed staging area as a gravel surface <br />Following are the owners of record for the permitted land: <br />Elam hereby states that all applicable portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements have been satisfied <br />in accordance with these Rules and all applicable requirements under the Act <br />I will be looking forward to your on -site inspection and am confident that any questions can be answered <br />at that time.
