Pineda <br />Director <br />On August 31, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the application for a 112 <br />Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Technical Revision package for the Gunnison River Gravel Pits, <br />Permit No. M- 2009 -048. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following <br />items must be received before the Division can consider your request as being submitted and technical <br />review can begin: <br />• Per Rule 1.9.1, a technical revision is considered filed when the submittal includes the appropriate <br />fee. Please submit the required fee of $216.00 to this office. A check for $188.00 was submitted <br />therefore a total amount of $28.00 is outstanding. <br />• The revision submitted also requests to reduce the permit acreage by removing 36.5 acres form the <br />mining permit. A request for an Acreage Reduction must be submitted separately from all other <br />correspondence according to Rule 4.17 and cannot be processed as submitted.
