It appears that all issues have been addressed and the application meets the <br />requirements of the Act and Rules. Therefore, staff is pleased to infonn Shell International Exploration <br />& Production Company that the Multi- Mineral RDD Lease, File No. P- 2010 -026, is approved. <br />Staff calculations estimate the reclamation costs associated with the project to be $2,627,769.28.
