SAID MULCH SHALL BE APPLIED AT A <br />RATE OF TWO (2) TONS PER ACRE AND SHALL BE TACKED OR <br />FASTENED BY AN APPROVED METHOD SUITABLE FOR THE TYPE OF <br />MULCH USED.
