Item 7 states "the suitability of onsite materials will be evaluated <br />as part of the geotechnical stability evaluations ... ". DRMS requires this new <br />information and any resulting changes or additional details to the augmentation pond <br />design be submitted as a technical revision. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 15. <br />See supra Response to Adequacy Issue No. 14. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 16. <br />Page 3, Construction. Item 9 states "No topsoil is available on site ". Based on the June <br />2, 2011 site visit, there appears to be a significant amount of growth media in the area of <br />the proposed augmentation pond. Please re- evaluate this statement. <br />Response to Adequacy Issue No. 16. <br />The soils report and soil information presented in Exhibit E and Exhibit I <br />documents soil is not in thickness that can be reasonably salvageable within the <br />augmentation pond footprint. <br />Adequacy Issue No. 17. <br />Page 4, Construction. Item 13 states "The pond will be constructed in accordance with <br />the design specifications summarized in Attachment D -6 and Figure D- 1." There are no <br />design specifications in either Figure D -1 or Figure D -2.
