As you have requested, I have re- stated below each <br />adequacy question, and then provided a substantive response. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D — Mining Plan Attachment 1— New Access Road Construction <br />Work Plan <br />Adequacy Issue No. 1. <br />In the Background section of the Work Plan the Applicant lists and summarized the <br />letters and memos from the Division outlining design and construction deficiencies. The <br />list contained several omitted Division memos and errors. Please address the following <br />omitted memos and errors. <br />a. The Applicant did not include the memo dated May 17, 2010 from <br />Mr. Allen Sorenson to Wally Erickson — Idaho Mine Access Road <br />b. The Applicant referred to the March 11, 2011 Memorandum from <br />Mr. Cazier which addressed the portal geotechnical stability, not the <br />access road stability. <br />c. The Applicant appears to have mislabeled the March 7, 2011 Memo from <br />Mr. Hays and Mr. Cazier as May 7, 2011. <br />d.
