The Fifth Adequacy Letter includes <br />the letter from you to Mr. Robinson, R Squared, Inc., dated August 26, 2011, the <br />response to which is set forth below, and the following memoranda which were attached <br />to your letter and incorporated by reference: <br />1) Memorandum from P. Hays to W. Erickson (Aug. 22, 2011); <br />2) Memorandum from T. Cazier to W. Erickson (Aug. 19, 2011); <br />3) Memorandum from T. Cazier to W. Erickson (Aug. 22, 2011); and, <br />4) Memorandum from D. Bird to W. Erickson (Aug. 23, 2011). <br />As you have requested, I have re- stated below each adequacy question presented <br />in your letter, and then provided a substantive response. I am also contemporaneously <br />submitting a written response in a similar fashion to the four memoranda prepared by <br />Messrs. Hays, Cazier and Bird, which are incorporated by reference. For your <br />convenience, I have created one master list of attachments for Wildcat's response to <br />your letter and these four memoranda. At your direction, I have attempted to state for <br />each individual response the specific nature of the commitments being made by Wildcat <br />and any proposed modifications and clarifications to the permit application materials <br />submitted on August 8, 2011. Wildcat intends that these statements will be incorporated <br />by reference into its August 8, 2011 submittal.
