I contacted Lillian Wright (713- 526 -3366) at John L. Wortham & Son, L.P. today. John L. Wortham & Son is <br />the insurance company that sent us the Certificate of Liability Insurance on September 12, 2011 for the Eastside Mine <br />(Ms. Wright's name is on the bottom of the first page of the Certificate). I told Ms. Wright that DRMS terminated its <br />jurisdiction at the Eastside Mine in 2007. She said that she appreciated us contacting her, and that she would take <br />Abraxas Petroleum (the name of the "Insured" on the Certificate and also the permittee for the Eastside Mine) out of <br />their system. <br />Please go ahead and scan the Certificate of Liability into the Eastside Insurance folder. Then, place this e-mail in the <br />same file.
