Solid Minerals Inspection Report 1 U AUG 3 1 2011
Bureau of Land Management
Dolores Public Lands Office DIVISION Q 0O FIELD LAMATION,
292 Hwy 184 I I GA D F lY
Dolores, CO 81323
Type of Operation
Locatable — Notice Level
Project Name
Fire House East
Serial Number
COC- 074221
Company /Org.
Lynx -Royal
Inspection Date
07/13/2011
Others Present
Mike Leidich — LR
Ryan Weidert — LR
Inspection Time
AM
Inspected By
James Blair
Report Date
08/24/2011
Legal
T42N, R19W, Sec. 12
P . 2- Od9 —032-,
Introduction
On 7/13/2011 I met with Mike Leidich and Ryan Weidert at the Firehouse in Egnar, Colorado to inspect the
"Firehouse East" notice -level drilling program's reclamation. The site had been drilled the previous year.
Overall, reclamation was progressing satisfactorily, but a few action items were identified.
Description
Site D: This was the proposed site that was located near a stock pond. We looked within a few hundred
meters of the proposed drill site, but found no evidence of drilling. I am reasonably confident that the site
was never drilled because there would have been some evidence. No inspection required next year.
Site A: This site still had cuttings spread on the ground, and vegetation was sparse. Cheat grass was
present, but also is fairly common nearby. I think that some of the cuttings may be inhibiting regrowth of
vegetation. See Action Items
Site B: No cuttings at surface. Vegetation is looking pretty good. Cheat grass is abundant, but is also
abundant in the undisturbed vegetation nearby. No other weeds were observed.
Site C: Not Drilled.
Site E: Looks good. Few weeds and good vegetation.
Site F: Vegetation is coming in well. The access road looked good. There were no cuttings on the ground.
Overall the site just needs a little bit more time.
1 of 7
G - S
X/ James Blair
James Blair — DPLO Geologist
970 - 882 -6862
james_blair @blm.gov
