The coal material clasts in the stockpile ranged in size from three foot in diameter to dust sized <br />particles, with sandstone material and noncoal waste (roof bolts, trash, cinder blocks, rock dust). based on this <br />inspection, the Division determined the stockpiled material to be a mix of underground development waste mixed with <br />noncoal waste. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0 <br />Page 12 of 25 <br />
