I need to send out the midterm review findings today so I will just say in the findings that the bond estimate is still being reviewed. I also included a question /comment in the midterm findings concerning the storage tanks. It might be better to wait for Jim Kiger's response before doing the cost estimate anyway. Thanks! It may affect the bond calculation. I'll let you know what he says. Also, The operator installed a bar gate on a swivel post at the main entrance and a tubular pipe fence gate at the east entrance. They also placed some large rocks along the east side near the east entrance to block access to the site. I don't know if these items should be in the bond calculation or whether they are insignificant. I think I have some photos if you need them. Please let me know what you think. Thanks! I am working on the midterm review for the Terror Creek Loadout and I have a question. The current bond calculation from Permit Renewal No. 5 lists the following tanks on site: Is this still the case? I know there was a change but I can't remember if the changes were made before or after Permit Renewal No. 5. Thanks!
