They recommended that we include some road repairs /maintenance on old drill road
accesses at our Wray Mesa project. The road repairs will consist of filling in an erosional ditch
on one side of the road and possibly some rock/boulder removal. The entire length of repairs
should not exceed 200 feet and will occur before drilling begins. Please include this in the
permit application.
Also, while walking the Wray Mesa site, some historically drilled holes were encountered
that were unfilled and open at the surface. We would like to inform you that as "good
Samaritans" we will backfill the `open' holes to minimize this safety threat whenever we
encounter this situation.
Sincerely,
Michael G.
