Will an access /driveway permit be required for 15 Road? <br />CAM -The City of Fruita claims jurisdiction for the segment of 15 Road located south of US <br />Hwy 6 & 50. The City of Fruita will require a notice of intent to use their right of way <br />and an approval letter will be issued. <br />Division Response: Please incorporate the approval letter from the City of Fruita <br />into the PAP. <br />Rule 2.04.3 Site Description and Land Use Information <br />2 -4a. Items resolved. <br />Rule 2.04.4 Cultural and Historic Resource Information <br />5. Item resolved. Please correct the typos on pages 2.04 -5 and 2.05 -69. Please forward the monitoring well permits for R -3 and R -4 for <br />incorporation into the PAP when they become available. <br />5 -12. Items resolved. <br />13. CAM updated the water monitoring data in Appendix 3 to include monitoring results for <br />all four quarters of 2010, except for Lower Downstream. Loma Drain. Since the Lower <br />Downstream Loma Drain surface water station was recently added, only one quarter of <br />data has been provided. Additional baseline sampling results will need to be submitted <br />for this station. <br />CAM - Monitoring continues on at the Lower Downstream Loam Drain monitoring station. <br />Two quarters are available and a third quarter will be collected in June. <br />
