jurisdiction? Will an access /driveway permit be required for 15 Road?
CAM -The City of Fruita claims jurisdiction for the segment of 15 Road located south of US
Hwy 6 & 50. The City of Fruita will require a notice of intent to use their right of way
and an approval letter will be issued.
Division Response: Please incorporate the approval letter from the City of Fruita
into the PAP.

13. CAM updated the water monitoring data in Appendix 3 to include monitoring results for
all four quarters of 2010, except for Lower Downstream. Loma Drain. Since the Lower
Downstream Loma Drain surface water station was recently added, only one quarter of
data has been provided. Additional baseline sampling results will need to be submitted
for this station.
CAM - Monitoring continues on at the Lower Downstream Loam Drain monitoring station.
Two quarters are available and a third quarter will be collected in June.
