August 29, 2011 C- 1981 - 041 /Roadside Portals MPB <br />The CRDA -1, CRDA -2, and RSRDA waste piles appeared to be stable. Terrace drains and perimeter ditches are <br />maintained and functional. The West perimeter diversion ditch is shown in Photograph No. 3. No problems were <br />noted at any of the refuse disposal sites. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Roads were dry and in good condition. Road ditches and road culverts were well maintained throughout the <br />various mine site locations and support facility areas. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The entire South Portal reclaimed area remains stable and in good condition. There were no signs of erosion or <br />instability. As shown in the attached Photo No. 4, the reclaimed portals area is stable with good vegetation. The <br />Kokopelli fruit stand was open for business at the time of the inspection.
