Binns, Janet
From: W D Corley, Jr. [ajjc @att.net]
Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 2011 2:16 PM
To: Binns, Janet
Subject: GEC and Energy reclamation questions

1.
Ms. Binns,
I am going to revise my previous comments as specific questions.
1. What does the Division think about the large amount of sediment leaving the GEC premises?
2. Does the Division have any opinion about the possibility that the sediment leaving the premises contains
mercury?
3. Does the Division consider the road around the toe of Chen's Hill and up to the East Pit to be safe?
4. In the event that Energy Fuels fills in the sediment pond at Chen's Hill, how and where will the immediate
runoff water go? Will it just be added to the Giant Gully on the east side of the county road?
W.D. Corley, Jr.
