Previous geomembrane acceptance is shown on Figure 4. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />ame0 <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. <br />AMEC observed, logged data, and assisted in the installation of geomembrane within the Phase 5 VLF. <br />AMEC observed, obtained samples, and assisted in the process of DCF material at the DCF Process area. <br />AMEC observed the excavation and backfill of anchor trenches within the Phase 5 VLF. <br />AMEC observed existing geomembrane exposure within the Phase 5 VLF. <br />AMEC observed the installation of the high volume solution collection system within the Phase 5 VLF. <br />AMEC observed the DCF placement within the Phase 5 VLF. <br />AMEC continued interim certification report development. <br />AMEC observed Leak Location Services electronic leak detection survey. <br />Testing Summary <br />Laboratory testing continued (Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Moisture - Density Relations, <br />Specific Gravity, Permeability, and Point Load testing) for sampled materials. <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 08.06.2011 <br />
