This decline will be driven downward at about 1% and will roughly <br />parallel the old Homestake 9360 incline. Approximately 1,300 to 1,400 feet (about 75 %) of the <br />decline will be driven in the Creede Formation until reaching the Campbell Mountain Formation, <br />which contains the vein structures that host mineralization. <br />Page I 6 <br />
