Box 264 <br />Hot Sulphur, CO 80451 <br />Re: Benson Pit, Permit No. M- 1977 -256 <br />Revision No. AM -01, Amendment Approval <br />Dear Mr. Bumgarner: <br />On September 2, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the amendment <br />application submitted to the Division on June 14, 2011, addressing the following: <br />Amendment to add 28.54 acres to the permit area increasing the permitted reserves and <br />extend the life of mine. The new area is located to the east of the existing permit area. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M- 1977 -256.
