Revised page 2.05- 45.22, paragraph 1, states that the wildlife consultation is documented by a <br />consultation letter from the CDOW, provided in Exhibit 23C. Exhibit 23C was not provided <br />with the submitted application. Please provide Exhibit 23C or revise page 2.05- 45.22. <br />4. The Division as compiled the attached reclamation cost estimate for the tasks associated with <br />the reclamation of the 15LT Ventilation Shaft Pad and Road. This estimate is sufficient to <br />reclaim all areas associated with the proposed activities under TR77. TCC submitted a <br />reclamation cost estimate in the amount of $36,200.00. The Division's total reclamation costs <br />associated with these activities are estimated to be $57,664.10. The main discrepancy with the <br />Division's estimate and TCCs estimate is the sealing method of the boreholes and the <br />revegetation costs associated with the 8.3 acre disturbance.
