Cresson Project; — Request for Technical Revision ( "TR -61 ") Relocation of Growth Medium
Stockpile No. 27
CC &V proposes the following minor change as part of this request for Technical Revision (TR-
61) to the Amendment No. 9 to Permit M- 1980 -244.
The primary purpose of this modification is to relocate Growth Medium Stockpile No. 27.
CC &V is providing an updated Drawing C -4b (Growth Medium Stockpile Locations) to address
the relocation of Growth Medium Stockpile No. 27 within the Amendment No. 9 permitted area.
The relocated stockpile area falls within the disturbance area of the Squaw Gulch Overburden
Storage Area and comprises approximately 19.6 acres.
CC &V has reviewed this minor change for impacts to the financial warranty calculations. The
cost of reclamation for Growth Medium Stockpile No. 27 has been captured under the
calculations for the Squaw Gulch Overburden Storage Area in Amendment No. 9, Volume VII,
Appendix 11. Therefore, no additional financial warranty for this technical revision is necessary.
