Grand County Department of Road and Bridge understands this requirement and as
the mine floor lies well above the groundwater table there should be no problem
complying.
2. Water used at the site is obtained from the Sunset Ridge HOA or the Denver Water
Board from legal sources approved for that use.
3. The floor of the mine is gravel and little stormwater accumulates on the disturbed
area. It soaks into the gravel shortly after a storm event. Under normal conditions
Grand County does not nor will allow stormwater to accumulate on the site for
more en 72 h our
periods mox; then , horn's. -
If you have any other questions or need more information please call me.
