I am sending in <br />the order below: <br />• Signature page showing that ASCI will stay 200 ft. away from any permanent man -made <br />structure until an agreement is reached, etc. This is contained within the application. <br />• Copy and map of the structure agreement with the Last Chance Ditch Company. <br />• A copy of the updated "report letter" (letter and photo) by Mike Savage that should have been <br />included in the application but was left out. This should go directly behind Exhibit H (Wildlife <br />Information). <br />• A copy of the referral letter sent to Weld County from DOW that they have no problem with <br />wildlife and plant life on the Nelson application property. You have probably have gotten the <br />same thing. <br />• A copy of a referral letter sent to Weld County from the SEO simply stating we will need a <br />temp substitute supply plan. I'm sure you have a similar referral. <br />Hopefully, this may all help.
