The three sites involved in this release <br />were found adequately reclaimed. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill <br />holes in Routt County. An inspection showed that all disturbances associated with the exploration project <br />have been adequately reclaimed. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: <br />Sections 3, 10, 11, 16, Township 5 North, Range 87 West, 6th P.M <br />Sections 20, 28, 32, 33, Township 6 North, Range 87 West, 6th P.M. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments to the Division at the address below within 30 days of publication of this proposed <br />decision in the Steamboat Pilot. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br />Kent A.
