Mike Boulay <br />M. Map 16 Loadout Facilities — Please remove the symbol for "Construction Material <br />Borrow Area" from the Legend, and label the Access Road. Should there be a <br />culvert required beneath Light Use Road #2 near where the road enters CAM's <br />property? (Are there any culverts beneath the railroad mainline in that vicinity ?) <br />Enclosures: <br />-5- August 26, 2011 <br />CAM: Culvert CW-la goes under light use road #2 and is shown on Map -16 and <br />was included as part of Adequacy response #3. Symbol for Construction <br />Material Borrow area was removed from the legend, please see revised Map -16. <br />N. Maps of the disturbed area which include Maps 11 and 19 should be at a scale of <br />1:6000 or larger (1 inch = 500 feet). In addition, the map shall include all roads and <br />support facilities within the permit area. Please revise Maps 11 and 19 <br />accordingly. <br />CAM: Please see revised Maps -11 & 19 <br />0. The Access Road Profile on Map 15 shows the proposed access road grade and the <br />original ground surface as the same.
