One sign and notice at each Carrizo Stone,North <br />and Carrizo Stone, South. <br />We also ran ads for both Carrizo Stone, North and Carrizo Stone, South in the Plainsman <br />Herald, the local Springfield newspaper. The ads ran on March 9 enclosed are the <br />copies with the completed dates. End of comment was March 19 bill for ads. <br />We believe this satisfies the Rule 1.62 (1)(b). Also we are the sole owners of the land <br />and surface and mineral rights on the proposed sights. We attached tax receipts for proof <br />on our application permit form. <br />If there is anything else we need to do, please let us know, so that we can proceed with <br />the permit approval. <br />
