Trans Colorado Concrete, a Division of Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., 3401 Universal
Drive, PO Box 440, Rapid City, South Dakota 57709 -0440, has field an
application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Reclamation Permit with
the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado
land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The ;proposed
mine is known as the St. Barbara Sand and Gravel Mine, and is located at or
near Section 1, Township 21 South, Range 63 West, Sixth Principal Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is March 2013, and the proposed date of
completion 'is 2038. The proposed future use of the land is developed water ,
storage. Additional informationand- tentative decision date may be obtained from
