Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance. including roads. pits. trenches. waste piles. drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds. etc... <br />Surface excavation limited to on -site disposal of sludge material from existing settling pond. Material will be <br />tested for metals toxicity and acid base potential; Material will be mixed with lime for neutralization and <br />exposed native site material. The trench may be lined or covered with PVC or LDPE liner if it is determined <br />that leaching into the existing dump material would result in degradation of the background environment. <br />12.
