Subject: Connell GL Pit SWSP Augmentation Lease
Dear Jared:
I have reserved 2_4 acre -feet of augmentation water for the GL Pit. The source of the
augmentation water is wholly consumable trans - mountain water from the Divide Canal
and Reservoir Company. The lease will be for the months found in the table below and
your e-mail dated May 31, 2011:

It is your responsibility to coordinate the substitute supply plan for the GL Pit including
the required releases with the water commissioner, Mr. George Varra, (970) 484 -1628,
and subsequently provide any accounting he may request.
If you are in agreement, please forward the enclosed invoice to your client for payment.
When payment is received the augmentation water will be made available.
