The Division is requiring SCC to submit a technical revision to the permit application that identifies all of the
unstable areas within the permit boundary(including a map),documents their present condition based on a
detailed survey, and details plans for ensuring long term stability. Documentation should also be included for
those areas where further action/additional disturbance is not recommended and/or planned.
In addition to the photos attached to this report, aerial coverage of all of the named features is included in the
Division's April 27, 2011 and June 1,2011 inspection reports; additional on-the-ground photographs are included
in the Division's June 6,2011 inspection report.
