(August 24, 1999), addresses that question based upon <br />currently available information. <br />Five copies of each of the seven referenced documents are included with this letter. It is our <br />understanding that no fee is required in connection with this submittal. If that is in error, please <br />advise immediately so that we may provide the appropriate fees. <br />This has been a coordinated effort of engineers., owners, governmental agencies and others to insure <br />that relevant issues were thoroughly analyzed. Sometimes such efforts move slowly, and we <br />apologize for the delay getting this material to you. <br />We trust the enclosed information is adequate for FMA to confirm recognition of the levee.
