acres achieved Phase 111 Bond release in 2010.
(e) Area Seeded - 2.1 acres during 2010. Ponds 1 & 2, topsoil pile #4 and coal fine
cleanup area at UTL - 0.9 acres - was seeded during 2010 with seed mix shown
on Table 14 -8, Lowland Components (seed mix tag attached). 1.2 acres at
CRDA #1 was seeded in September 2010 with seed mix shown on Table 14 -8,
Upland Components (seed mix tag attached). 8.6 acres achieved Phase 111
Bond release in 2010.
One (1) acre that had been redisturbed on top of CRDA #1 was re- seeded in
September 2010 with seed mix shown on Table 14 -8, Upland Components.
