J 10 <br />PROJECT COORDINATION <br />3.1 Project Superintendent <br />The University of Colorado at Boulder shall appoint a permanent committee consisting of <br />or headed by an official herein referred to as the "Flood Superintendent ". The Flood <br />Superintendent shall be responsible for the implementation of the Flood Operations Plan <br />and the an nual operation and maintenance of the Project. <br />3. Project Certification <br />The Project Certification, as prepared by the Engineer, for the University of Colorado at <br />Boulder Flood Control Project at Boulder, Colorado complies with the structural <br />requirements set forth in 44 CFR Chapter 1, Fart 65.10, para (b)(1) through and <br />is certified by the following registered professional engineers, according to their <br />respective areas of responsibility: <br />As to as-built lines and grades of the levee: <br />William H.
