Raising of the <br />Upper End of the Upstream <br />Reach of University Levee <br />Stations 139 +00 to 151 +00 <br />May 2009 <br />Specifications for this maintenance project to raise the <br />Levee at the upper end of the upstream reach were <br />prepared by CTL /Thompson (see Exhibit II attached to <br />CTL /Thompson's March 12, 2008 letter in Appendix <br />E). The results of the compaction tests are contained <br />in CTL/Thompson I s letter dated May 22, 2009 (see <br />Appendix E). <br />Photographs in this section were taken by Les Botham. <br />
