TRAPPER MINE <br />August 12, 2011 <br />Mr. Kent Gorham <br />Environmental Protection Specialist <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Dear Mr. Gorham: <br />TRAPPER MININI INC. <br />— Re Trapper Mining Inc., <br />Coal Exploration Permit NOI CX- 2005 -189 -006 <br />Final Bond Release Application <br />Trapper Mine would like to inform the division of our intention to achieve final bond release for <br />NOI- 2005- 189 -006. Of the original 18 boreholes drilled on the site, 14 were abandoned and or <br />reclaimed as necessary. The remaining four boreholes have been converted to long term <br />monitoring wells for the strata examined in the program. These four holes will be included in the <br />bond liability for Trapper Mine Permit No. C- 1981 -010 under Minor Revision 217 of which is <br />forth coming. <br />The locations of the sites have been previously submitted along with final abandonment reports <br />of the holes. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this correspondence.
