Box 430 <br />Nucla, Colorado 81424 <br />RE: Prince Albert Mine, 110d Designated Mining Operation Permit Application, No. M- 2011 -040, forward of <br />Comments from Sheep Mountain Alliance and Center for Biological Diversity. <br />Dear Mr. Chiles, <br />On August 15, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received comments regarding <br />Rimrock Exploration's application for a 110d, Designated Mining Operation (DMO) permit, application No. M -2011- <br />040. These comments should be considered as an objection by Rimrock. The Division will be addressing the letter <br />as part of its normal review process of the application. Please note that the 110d process is for the Division to <br />review and make a decision on the application.
