INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />TO: ROB ZUBER <br />FROM: JASON MUSIa *4"w ' <br />SUBJECT: G 1981 -010 TRAPPER MINE MR-217 COST ESTIMATE <br />DATE: 8/19/2010 <br />Attached is the reclamation cost estimate for Trapper Mine's, C -1981 -010, MR -217. The Division's <br />estimates costs associated with the sealing and abandoning of monitoring wells 05- LW -17, 05- LW -21, <br />05- LW -25, and 05 -LW -27 originally associated with NOI X- 2005- 189 -006 and now being transferred to <br />the C- 1981 -010 permit. Trapper Mining, Inc. (TMI) submitted a bond estimate in the amount of <br />$23,138.00 for costs associated with MR -217. The Division's estimate is $16,457.45. The major <br />difference in amounts seems to be associated with cement costs, drilling rig costs, and indirect costs. The <br />Division will accept the TMI cost estimate for MR -217 or, in turn, TMI may accept the Division's <br />estimate to complete the reclamation for this revision. <br />
