Everist, Inc. <br />7321 E. 88th Ave., Ste 200 <br />Henderson, CO 80640 <br />Re: Firestone Gravel Resource, Resumption of Active Permit Status, Permit No. M- 1996 -052 <br />Dear Ms. Shults: <br />On August 18, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the new bond for the Firestone Gravel <br />Resource site in the amount of $509,900 as required by AMO1 approved by the Division on September 10, 2010. <br />DRMS has also noted that L.G. Everist has previously satisfied the conditions of Stipulation No.1 of AMO1 by <br />obtaining a Flood Hazard Development Permit (FHDP) from Weld County for this site. <br />L.G.
