<br />Dear Mr. Scott:
<br />L. G. Everist, Inc. is submitting the increased Financial Warranty as required to finalize Firestone Gravel
<br />Resource, M- 1996 -052, Revision AM -1, and with the increase in the bond to the full amount, we request
<br />the change from Temporary Cessation to Active Status.
<br />The Division approved an amendment for the Firestone Gravel Resource, Revision AM -1, on September
<br />10, 2010. With this revision, the required financial warranty increased from $49,450 to $509,900. This is
<br />an increase from the current bond of $460,450. Currently, the Division holds a bond from L.G. Everist for
<br />the amount of $49,450. Rather than have two separate bonds, L.G. Everist is submitting a new bond for
<br />the total amount of $509,900. Once the Division has received and approved the increased bond, please
<br />return the currently -held bond to the attention of: Steve Mousel, L.G. Everist, Inc., 300 S. Phillips Avenue,
<br />Suite 200, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 57104.
