If all individual analytical <br />results that would be used in the calculations are below the practical quantitation limit, then "less than <br />x ", where x is the practical quantitation limit, shall be reported on the monthly DMR. Otherwise, <br />report the calculated value. <br />The permittee shall establish and maintain records. Those records shall include the following: <br />
