Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division received the application for TR -60, prepared by Greg Lewicki & Associates on behalf <br />of Western Fuels Colorado, LLC, on June 8, 2011. The application was determined to be <br />Complete, for purposes of filing, on June 20, 2011. The Public Notice for TR -60 appeared in the <br />June 23, 2011 edition of the San Miguel Basin Forum; the Division received proof of publication on <br />July 21, 2011. <br />Agency letters were mailed by the Division to the CDPHE Water Quality Control Division and to <br />Montrose County. No comments were received from either entity. The public comment period <br />came to a close on. July 5, 2011. The Division received no comments on or objections to TR -60. <br />The TR -60 application package included revisions to the following items: <br />• Section 2.05.3(3) Mine Facilities (changes to Table of Contents, other minor changes) <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -1 Collection/Diversion Ditches and Culverts — Design Parameters <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -18 NPDES Discharge Permit (amended by CDPHE WQCD) <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -20 Pond 011 As -Built (revised numbering only) <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -21 Pond 013 As -Built (revised numbering only) <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -22 Pond 015 Design (revised numbering only) <br />• Attachment 2.05.3(3) -23 Seismic Survey (not revised) <br />Three new items were also submitted with TR -60: <br />Attachment 2.05.3(3) -24 Pond 015 As -Built <br />Map 2.05.3(3) -19 Pond 015 As -Built — Plan and Cross Section <br />Map 2.05.3(3) -20) Pond 015 As -Built - Ditches and Culverts <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines <br />
