A public notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Craig Daily Press on August 1, 2011. This public notice initiated a ten -day public comment <br />period during which parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding <br />this proposed technical revision. No comments were received by the Division during the public comment <br />period. The tenth day fell on August 11, 2011.
