Compliance With Mine Plan NA -Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Seneca IIW Mine based on aerial photographs of the site taken by Harry <br /> Ranney of DRMS, and reviewed by Susan Burgmaier in the DRMS Denver office. Weather conditions at the time <br /> of the flight were clear. There was a heavy monsoon period at the site between July 71h and 151h,2011. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.050[]Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br /> 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;Drainage-—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br /> Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9;Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ponds 006,016,016A,and 017 were photographed. All of the ponds were full of water to the top of the <br /> discharge structures. <br /> The north area drainages(reclaimed Pits A,B,C,and D)were in good condition,and it did not appear that recent <br /> storms had caused any damage in this area. There was considerable damage to several postmining channels in the <br /> South Extension Area. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03❑❑Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)CI C]Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)❑❑Surfacing and <br /> Maintenance4.03.1(5)and(6)/4.03.2(5)and(6)❑❑Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Earthwork was continuing along the Mine Entrance Haul Road and Haul Road A to reclaim the road to the <br /> approved post-mining configuration. Topsoil had been redistributed along the Mine Entrance Haul Road <br /> reclamation,and Haul Road A in the facilities vicinity. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE-Rule 4.12: <br /> No new areas of instability were identified,and it did not appear that there was significant recent <br /> movement in any of the previously identified slide areas.
