The amendment being considered by your <br />agency, the submittal of the Environmental Protection Plan associated with Cotter Corporation's <br />C -JD -8 Mine, only affects the mine's surface facilities which are located on the Doagy No. 2 and <br />Opera Box patented mining claims.
