The status of the corrective action reported by Colorado Lien <br />Company is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: The mine identification sign and affected area boundary markers <br />were not observed per the requirements of Rule 3.1.12. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographic <br />documentation showing the permit sign and boundary markers. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303)866 -3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
