Exhibit C <br />• Mining Plan <br />A- Mining will commence in June of 2011. <br />Mostly summer operation or as weather permitting. <br />Area should be mined out by 2022. <br />B- Topsoil will be removed to a depth 6 inches average. <br />Topsoil will be stockpiled around edge of permit area. <br />All available topsoil will be salvaged and segregated on site. <br />Stockpiles will be shaped and sloped and vegetated with the following seed mix. <br />Western W. [CABAR] 2 PLS <br />Smooth brome [MANCHAR] 13 PLS <br />Sheep fescue [VNS] 3 PLS <br />Orchard grass [PAIUTE] 4 PLS <br />pounds per acre 56 <br />C- There should be no overburden saved but if there is any it will be <br />Placed back in pit as mining progresses. <br />Overburden will not be used to construct the 3 to 1 reclamation slope. <br />D- Deposit thickness is 4 ft to 10 ft or 7 ft average. <br />E- The only component of this operation will be an access road 15 ft wide <br />From existing ranch road to pit area and will be improved with gravel to <br />Minimize dust and mud. No drainage or ditches needed for road protection. <br />Road will remain after mining for ranch operation. <br />F- This will be a pit approximately 10 ft deep; stockpiles outside of pit will be no more <br />5 ft tall and along edge of mine area and will not remain after mining completion. <br />Permit area is 6.74 Ac finished pit area will be less area. <br />G- Roads are existing and average 15 ft wide ,Roads will be improved with gravel cover <br />and <br />Remain after mining for agriculture operation use.
