Exhibit D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />A- No overburden material is planed to be saved at this mine. <br />B- Reclaimed slopes will be 3 to 1 or better gradient. <br />C- 1- Topsoil will be placed on slopes at 4 to 6 inches thick. <br />No soil test will be conducted. <br />2- Site will be seeded as soon as practical after topsoil placement. <br />Soil type is difficult to compact, will disc if necessary. <br />3- Seed mixture at the recommended broadcast rate PLS pounds per acre <br />Western W.
